职位名称：资深工艺工程师
汇报对象：工程技术部经理


工作职责：
1. 设计工业废水和纯水处理系统；
2. 审查客户（买方）发出的询价文件和预算性询价文件包括水质基础、工艺要求及规格书、图纸等；
3. 设计与生成设备数据表如静设备、阀门、水泵、风机等；
4. 根据工艺流程图和布置图进行工艺设备的选型和计算；执行合理的计算以保证设备选型和设计的合理；
5. 根据工艺数据表和签订的技术协议、招标书等向供应商询价；
6. 对不同的供应商提供的技术报价进行技术评比， 和不同的供应商进行技术沟通与确认；
7. 供应商确定后， 确认供应商提供的设计输入条件如规格书、数据表、图纸等；基于供应商的输入条件， 生成最终的数据表；
8. 协助应用部门的方案设计如工艺流程计算、方案准备、翻译等工作；
9. 在中标后， 协助应用部门团队准备项目移交资料
10. 参与SAP的工作，如生成和上传物料清单和预算清单等；
11. 密切配合国外分公司如 ASA（印度）、AIC（美国总部）、ICD（美国零排放中心）的工作


任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，环境工程、化学工程、化工工艺等专业
2. 至少 5 年以上纯水 / 污水系统工艺设计经验
3. 熟练掌握水处理设备如澄清池、离子交换系统、超滤、反渗透、EDI等
4. 具有扎实的技术基础，能独立完成工作
5. 在指导下能尽快掌握新知识，学习能力强
6. 流利的英语听说读写能力，能用英文撰写技术文件
7. 熟练掌握AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel 等办公软件
8. 偶尔需出差至东北、西北等项目所在地



Position: Senior Process Engineer
Report to: Engineering & Application Department Manager


Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with designing industrial waste water and pure water treatment systems;
2. Review customers’ RFP (Request for Proposal) or RFQ (Request for Quotation), specifications and drawings;
3. Generate equipment datasheet such as vessels, valves, pumps, blowers etc.;
4. Handle some process/size calculations as per PFD and LAYOUT; Perform appropriate calculations to ensure proper sizing and design;
5. Ask for quotation from vendors based on datasheet and customers’ RFQ;
6. Give technical bid assessment for all the vendors’ quotation and communicate with vendors;
7. Confirm vendor’s input such as specifications, datasheet and drawings; generate the final datasheet;
8. Offer necessary assistance to Application Department in pre﹐rder such as process calculation, proposal preparation, translation, etc.;
9. Help Application Department to prepare handover documents after getting the project;
10. Involve in SAP B1 activities such as BOM generating & uploading, Budgetary generating and uploading;
11. Work closely with overseas companies such as Aquatech System Asia (ASA) and Aquatech International Company (AIC) and Industrial Concentration & Desalination (ICD)


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process, etc.;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Pure Water / Waste Water process design and costing;
3. Good understanding of pure water and waste water treatment equipment & processes for Clarifier, Ion Exchange, Ultra filter, Reverse Osmosis and EDI;
4. Demonstrates solid technical competency in area of core responsibility;
5. Ability and Willingness to work / learn new technologies with guidance;
6. Fluent in written and verbal English, can write technical document in English;
7. Computer proficiency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
8. May travel to project sites in Northeast China and Northwest China.

生产、加工工业废水膜处理设备、纯水系统、超流水系统等及其他高科技环保系统，销售本企业产品，提供售后服务，机电产品、不锈钢产品、玻璃纤维制品的批发和进出口贸易。同时针对特定的企业提供供应商识别、采购报价、采购计划跟进、供应商评估及质量检查等一整套服务。
