职责描述：

1.  Provide total solution for system automation test design and development and perform testing through consistent application of principles of testing
2.  Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
3.  Implement the automation testing for a particular system according the business requirements
4.  Support SIT/UAT as user request
5.  Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
6.  Collaborate with IT and business users
7.  Coaching junior Automation Test Engineer or Automation Test Specialist
8.  Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

任职要求:

1.  Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
2.  6+ years automation test related working experience. Has rich experience of automation tools, such as Selenium, QTP, Appium, jMeter, etc.
3.  1+ years working experience of CI/CD (such as Jenkins pipeline) experience.
4.  Ability to design and set up the automation testing framework with various tools
5.  Good understanding of testing process and methodology
6.  Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC)
7.  Good understanding of insurance business
8.  Fluent English Reading, Writing and Speaking
9.  1+ years leadership experience on team management and project management.
10.  Familiar with Java Programming
