工作职责
- 与供应商联系采购
- 收集样品，评估，提交
- 安排销售纳期，QC控制，安排物流
- 整体负责采购服务 纳期调整
- 协助开发新供应商 新样品 新款色

任职要求
本科学历优先 英语六级以上 听说读写熟练 上司是外籍人士

1~2年采购或外贸经验 能在全英语环境工作

有化妆品包装 包装材料行业经验优先。


2资深采购

工作职责
- 选定供应商与采购
- 初步选定厂家
- 样品收集，评估和提交
- 安排销售纳期，质量控制，物流数据
- 引进新项目和生产技术给国外销售团队

整体改善服务质量 交货期 价格

开发新供应商 新产品 新工艺

任职要求

本科毕业 英语六级或以上 英语沟通流利，中英文书信表达得体。
3~5年采购经验，有独立谈判能力
有塑料塑胶材料 化妆品包装材料行业经验优先
有独立开发供应商厂家的经验
熟悉欧盟经济结构，熟悉欧盟国家贸易向来优先
对数据敏感，excel熟练，使用过ERP经验优先。


3 采购经理

工作职责

- 与新旧供应商争取更好的采购条件
- 定位审查开发厂家
- 与供应商保持长期稳定的关系
- 建立成本计算方法
- 设置管理服务，交货期，价格的方法
- 引进新项目和生产技术，销售队伍
- 设置团队和个人的关键绩效指标与定期审查

任职要求
本科或MBA以上学历
有采购塑料容器或塑料产品经验
3~5年管理采购团队的经验
6~8年第一线/现采经验
能独立开展各项工作，有较好的抗压能力
能管理团队知才善用，项目管理：管理和激励人才，以完成项目
化妆品包装材料行业经验
有独立开发供应商厂家的经验

Junior Sourcing Executive

Job Description:
Manage Projects and Purchase orders. Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and overseas sales teams. Responsible for: Service and Lead-times.

Accountabilities:
- Vendor Sourcing and locating
- Sample collecting, evaluation and submission
- Prepare data for Sales, QC, Logistics

Measurements:
- Overall development and improvements on Service and Lead-time.
- Introduction of new vendors, assortments and techniques

Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Reports to Purchase Manager
- Receives support from Senior Sourcing Executives
- Strong relationship with overseas Sales Teams
External:
- Responsible for Vendor contacts

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years front-line purchase experience
- Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
- Purchasing skills
- Negotiation/problem solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Excellent computer skill (Excel)

Senior Sourcing Executive

Job Description:

- Sample collecting, evaluation and submission
- Item cost analysis based on market and own calculations
- Prepare data for Sales, QC, Logistics
- Introducing new items and production techniques to sales force

- Overall development and improvements on Service, Lead-time and Price.
- Business growth in the region
- Introduction of new vendors, assortments and techniques

Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Reports to Purchase Manager
- Gives assistance to junior sourcing executives
- Strong relationship with overseas sales teams
External:
- Responsible for Vendor contacts

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's / University Degree
- Demonstrated track record of success in sourcing plastic items
- 3-5 years front-line purchase experience
- Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
- Purchasing skills
- Negotiation/problem solving skills
- Industry knowledge of cosmetic packaging is strongly preferred
- Familiar with European structures and efficiencies is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin

Sourcing Manager

Job Description:
Manage & grow Fasten’s purchasing business in China. Builds strong relationships with vendors and overseas sales teams. Responsible for: Service, Lead-times, and Pricing. Direct responsible for 4 sourcing Executives.

Accountabilities:
- Improving purchase conditions with current and new vendors
- Locating and Second Step auditing of factories
- Finalizing long term contracts and business relationships with vendors
- Setting up cost calculation methods
- Setup control measures to control Service, Lead-times and Prices
- Training and managing Sourcing Executives
- Introducing new items and production techniques to sales force
- Set teams and personal KPI’s with periodic review

Measurements:
- Overall development and improvements on Service, Lead-time and Price.
- Business growth in the region
- Introduction of new vendors, assortments and techniques

Working Relationships:
Internal:
- Reports to Office Manager
- Gives direct management to sourcing executives
- Strong relationship with overseas sales teams
External:

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's / University / MBA Degree
- Demonstrated track record of success in sourcing plastic items
- Demonstrated knowledge on cost calculation of plastic items
- 3-5 years people leadership experience
- 6-8 years front-line purchase experience
- Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of people
- Project management: manage and motivate personnel to complete projects
